01Who we are

FND Agendy (“FND”, “we”, “us”) builds and operates AI automation services, including AI phone agents, scheduling assistants and workflow automation. We are based in Egypt and serve clients in Egypt and internationally.

For anything in this policy, contact us at info@fndagency.com.

02Information we collect

Information you give us

Information collected automatically

We do not ask for payment card numbers through this website, and you should never send passwords or card details to us by email or WhatsApp.

03How we use it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

04Why we are allowed to (legal bases)

Where data protection law requires us to name a legal basis, we rely on: your consent (for example when you submit the form or subscribe to updates); the performance of a contract with you; our legitimate interests in running and securing our business; and compliance with legal obligations such as tax and accounting rules.

05Data we handle on behalf of clients

When we run an automation for a client, the automation may process information about their customers — for example a caller's name, phone number and appointment details, or a patient's booking with a clinic.

For that information, our client is the data controller and we act as a processor: we only process it on the client's documented instructions, under a written agreement, and we do not use it for our own purposes. If you are a customer or patient of one of our clients and want your data corrected or deleted, please contact that business directly, and we will support them in responding.

To deliver this, a call's audio and the conversation itself pass through the providers named in section 6 — speech is processed by ElevenLabs, the agent's understanding and replies come from OpenAI, appointments are written to the client's Google Calendar, and n8n Cloud connects those steps.

We do not keep this information on our own server. Appointments live in the client's own Google Calendar, and the rest sits with the providers above while they process it. Our server hosts only this website and our email, so a caller's details never land on it.

Call recordings and transcripts, where a client enables them, are handled under that client's instructions and retention settings. Recording laws vary, and clients are responsible for telling callers when calls are recorded.

06Who we share it with

We keep this to a minimum. We run our own website and email on a dedicated server we rent, rather than handing your details to a third-party email or hosting platform, so your enquiry stays with us. The providers we do rely on are:

ProviderWhat it is used for
CloudflareSpam protection on the contact form, and website security
OVHcloudThe dedicated server we rent, which hosts this website and our own mail server. OVH provides the hardware, network and data centre; we run and administer the services on it ourselves. No client or caller data from the automations we run is stored on this server — it only serves the website and our email.
ElevenLabsThe speech that our voice agents listen to and speak. Audio from a call is processed to understand the caller and to generate the agent's reply.
OpenAIThe language model behind our agents' understanding and replies, across both calls and messaging.
Google (Calendar)Storing and managing the appointments our agents book, on the client's own calendar.
Google (Analytics)Measuring how this website is used, as described in section 7.
n8n CloudThe automation platform that connects the above, passing information between the agent, the calendar and the client's other tools.

These providers process the information only to deliver their part of the service. We use their business and API services, which do not use your content to train their models by default, and we do not enable any option that would allow it.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend legal claims.

07Cookies and analytics

Essential. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a short-lived token in your browser as part of the bot check on our contact form. This is needed for the form to work.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this website. It sets cookies and collects your IP address, the pages you view, how long you stay, your device and browser type, and an approximate location based on your IP. We use this only in aggregate, to see which pages are useful and where visitors come from — not to identify you personally.

Analytics data is shared with Google and may be processed in the United States. Google retains it for 14 months. You can opt out across all websites with Google's browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.

Your choice. Analytics only start after you accept them on the cookie banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, or simply ignore the banner, no analytics cookies are set and nothing is sent to Google. You can change your mind at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of any page.

08How long we keep it

09How we protect it

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS for the website, and TLS for email in transit), access controls and the principle of least privilege, so staff only reach the data they need. Credentials for connected systems are stored in a password manager or secrets store, never in plain text.

Because we administer our own server, we are responsible for keeping it patched and hardened. We apply security updates, restrict administrative access to a small number of named administrator accounts, secured with key-based login and two-factor authentication, and keep encrypted backups, kept for 30 days.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authority where the law requires it.

10Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to: give you a copy of your data; correct it; delete it; limit or object to how we use it; transfer it to another provider; or withdraw consent you previously gave.

To exercise any of these, email info@fndagency.com. We will reply within 30 days, and we may need to confirm your identity first. If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to your local data protection authority.

11International transfers

We are based in Egypt, and our server is located in an OVHcloud data centre in the European Union. The providers listed in section 6 — including ElevenLabs, OpenAI, Google and n8n Cloud — process data on infrastructure in the United States and the European Union. Your information may therefore be processed outside your country.

Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place, such as the standard contractual clauses included in those providers' data processing agreements.

12Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.

13Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services change. The date at the top always shows the latest version, and significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
